Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Trade Bouncer, a discipline tool for MetaTrader 5 supplied by Quanticon Group s. r. o. By subscribing you agree to them.
1. Who you are dealing with
Trade Bouncer is made and supplied by Quanticon Group s. r. o., Lermontovova 3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID 47429500. Our full particulars are in the legal notice.
Your order is sold by Paddle, who act as merchant of record for every purchase. That means Paddle is the seller on your receipt, handles the payment, and is responsible for sales tax and VAT in your country. Paddle’s own terms apply to the transaction; these terms apply to the software.
2. What the software does, and what it does not do
Trade Bouncer lets you set trading rules in advance and then holds you to them: it watches your MetaTrader 5 account and closes or reverts positions that break the rules you set.
It is friction, not a wall. Trade Bouncer runs on your own computer. Anyone with access to that computer and enough deliberate effort can switch it off, remove it or work around it. That is inherent in software running on hardware you control, and we make no claim to the contrary. The product works because an impulse rarely survives several calm, deliberate steps — not because it is impossible to defeat.
It is not financial advice. Trade Bouncer gives no trading advice, makes no trading decisions, recommends no instruments and predicts nothing. It only enforces limits you chose yourself. We are not a licensed investment firm, and nothing in the software or on this website is a personal recommendation.
It will not make you profitable. Trading carries substantial risk and you can lose more than you put in. Discipline is not a strategy, and a tool that enforces your rules cannot make bad rules good.
3. What you need
Windows and MetaTrader 5. Trade Bouncer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to MetaQuotes Ltd. Whether it works with any particular broker depends on that broker’s MetaTrader 5 setup; if you are unsure, ask us before you buy.
4. Your licence
While your subscription is active you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Trade Bouncer. One licence key covers the computers you personally trade on — typically a desktop and a laptop. It does not cover other people, and it is not for resale, rental or sharing.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except as Slovak or EU law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove or alter the licence check, the signatures on rule files, or any notice of authorship;
- redistribute the software or your licence key.
We keep all intellectual property in the software. You keep everything of yours: your rules, your settings and your trading data stay on your computer.
5. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Trade Bouncer costs €29 per month, charged by Paddle, renewing monthly until you cancel. What you pay, including any VAT, is shown before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time, through the link in your Paddle receipt or by asking us. Cancelling stops the next charge; your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
On refunds, see the refund policy.
6. What happens when a subscription ends
Enforcement stops. Your rules are no longer applied, and they become free to change immediately rather than waiting for the usual lock. Nothing of yours is held back: no trade is blocked, no setting is locked away, and MetaTrader is left exactly as you had it. Removing the software is an ordinary Windows uninstall.
7. Availability
Trade Bouncer runs locally and keeps enforcing your rules while your computer is offline. It does contact our server periodically to confirm the subscription, and it tolerates that server being unreachable for several days before treating the subscription as lapsed. We do not promise any particular uptime for that service, and we may change, update or discontinue parts of the software.
8. Liability
The software is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, profits you did not make, positions closed or not closed, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Trade Bouncer — including where it failed to enforce a rule, enforced one you did not expect, or was unavailable.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Slovak law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so before it takes effect, by email to the address on your subscription. Continuing to use Trade Bouncer after that means you accept the new terms; if you would rather not, cancel.
10. Law and disputes
Slovak law governs these terms, and the courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and do not currently do so.
11. Reaching us
