Refund Policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
Fourteen days, no reason needed. If Trade Bouncer is not for you, say so within fourteen days of paying and you get your money back in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
How to ask
Either way works and both reach the same place:
- use the link in your Paddle receipt, which is the email headed with your order number; or
- write to office at tradebouncer.com, or use the form on the front page, with the email address you paid with.
Paddle is the seller of record, so the refund is issued by them and goes back to the card or account you paid from. It usually appears within three to five working days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next monthly charge. Your subscription keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing happens to your rules before then. You can cancel at any time, from the link in your receipt or by asking us.
A refund gives back money already taken, and ends the subscription straight away.
After the first fourteen days
Trade Bouncer is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like, so the most anyone is ever committed to is the month they are in. We do not refund months already used as a matter of course.
But we would rather hear from you than not. If a renewal caught you out, if it stopped working for you, or if something went wrong that we should have prevented — write to us and say so. We would rather give a month back than have somebody feel they were made to pay for something they could not use.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days. The policy above is that right, applied without conditions. We do not ask you to waive it at checkout in exchange for immediate access, which is a thing sellers of digital goods are allowed to do and which we have decided against.
Nothing here limits whatever rights the law of your own country gives you.
What happens to your rules
Nothing is held back. Once a subscription ends, by refund or by cancellation, enforcement stops and your rules become free to change immediately instead of waiting for the usual lock. No trade is blocked, no setting is locked away, and MetaTrader is exactly as you left it. Removing the software is an ordinary Windows uninstall.
